By downloading or using Traitus, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Traitus provides AI-generated courses, chat, practice activities, notes, and optional community features through the Store. Content is for learning purposes and may contain errors. Verify important information independently.

Accounts and subscriptions

Some features are free with usage limits. Traitus Pro is an optional in-app subscription billed through Apple. Refunds and billing are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.

Your content

You retain rights to material you upload. You grant us a license to process that material solely to provide and improve the service. Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the app, attempt to break security, or abuse rate limits
• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or harassing purposes
• Respect other users when publishing or rating courses in the Store

Apple terms

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's licensed application end user license agreement: Apple Standard EULA.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
